This is how traditional recruitment companies charge. They charge you a percentage of each new hire’s salary. This is not standardised and there’s an onus on filling big-budget vacancies.

By breaking the fee down into two chunks, our prices and simple

Plus, you will have noticed that we become more competitive as you hire more people. If you hire multiple people off the back of one ad, you’ll only pay the set-up fee once. For example, if you hire 5 people after running a two-week advertising campaign, you will only pay the job set-up fee once along with 5 placement fees (plus VAT).

If you’re hiring for positions at director level we charge a bespoke price.
